FREE FLU SHOTS

A FREE Drive-thru Flu Clinic is scheduled for November 7, 2009 from 10am - 2pm at Otwell's Food Store, 1149 NE Martin Luther King Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. The clinic is sponsored by Beta Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.



Medical professionals will administer the flu injections. The flu shot recipients never get out of their car!

Yolanda Parker has a new book coming out in November 2009!

Yolanda Parker, Class of 1980, has a new book coming next month!

Ms. Parker has a new mystery novel that is set to be released by November 15, 2009. Please keep your eyes and ears open for it.

Thelma Parks, civil rights leader and iconic Oklahoma City educator, dies at 96

School officials say Parks "gave 54 years of service to the district as an educator and school board member."
